There are very few bands that I have loved with the kind of fervency and longevity as Finnish Love Metal-ers, HIM. Ville Valo will always be my homie, and I'm even willing to forget that horrid pile of what-was-that called (Screamworks, or whatever it was called), in favor of their last album Tears on Tape that has held a happy home in CD player since it was released.
They recently released a video for one of my favorite songs on the album, "Into The Night" and I have to say, I'm loving the new dynamic with Valo playing acoustic. It seems like he's playing quite a bit more now a days.
Dig below, and you'll also find remaining tour dates (on Monster Energy's Rock Allegiance Tour with Volbeat, All That Remains and Airbourne) should you want to see them live. I'll be seeing them at the Hollywood Palladium in 2 weeks.
